Service Description
Risia Japan provides local guided walking experiences and personalized itinerary planning services for international travelers visiting Japan.
We currently offer three service types:
1️⃣ Kamakura Guide — A 3–4 hour local walking tour exploring historical and cultural highlights.
2️⃣ Asakusa Guide — A local-guided experience around Sensoji Temple and Tokyo’s traditional downtown area.
3️⃣ Guide + Itinerary Package — Includes the guided tour (Kamakura or Asakusa) plus a personalized itinerary plan based on your travel interests.
All experiences are meet-up and end locally guided experiences, not travel agency packages under Japan’s travel agency law.
Additional Fees:
None.
Transportation, meals, and temple entrance fees are not included in the tour fee and should be paid directly by the participant if applicable.
Return and Exchange Policy:
- Customer-Initiated Returns/Exchanges
- Before service delivery: Orders can be canceled at any time.
- After service delivery: I will make revisions to the itinerary or plan until the customer is satisfied. Refunds are not available after service completion.
- Defective Products or Services
- If you receive a defective service (e.g., the tour cannot be provided due to operator fault), I will cover all related costs and provide either a refund or rescheduling option.
Delivery Time:
Itinerary plans will be delivered within 5–7 days after order confirmation.
Guided experiences are provided on the reserved date.

Credit card payments are processed immediately upon order.
